Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception:Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression.

Seating Management:Manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinate table assignments, and ensure efficient seating flow.

Customer Service:Provide guests with menus, explain wait times, and answer questions about the restaurant and cuisine.

Communication:Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and timely seating.

Ambience & Cleanliness:Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, ensuring décor and music reflect the restaurant’s cultural ambiance.

Guest Relations:Handle special requests, birthdays, and VIP guests with care and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a host/hostess or front-of-house role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a warm, approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Understanding of South Asian hospitality and cultural etiquette is a plus.

Desirable Attributes

Passion for Pakistani cuisine and culture.
