Drink Preparation:Mix and serve a variety of beverages including mocktail’s, lassi’s, coffees and traditional Pakistani drinks like Rooh Afza blends and mango shakes.
Customer Service:Engage guests with friendly conversation, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on taste preferences.
Bar Maintenance:Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage waste and portion control.
Compliance:Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety standards, and allergen protocols.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of drinks.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with South Asian flavours and ingredients is a plus.
Desirable Attributes
Experience creating fusion mocktails or themed drink menu
