Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Menu Guidance:Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Pakistani dishes, spice levels, and dietary options.
Order Management:Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
Table Maintenance:Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and attended to throughout the dining experience.
Payments & POS:Process bills and payments using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Cultural Sensitivity:Respect and reflect the values of Pakistani hospitality, including attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of South Asian cuisine or willingness to learn.
Professional appearance and punctuality.
Understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness.
Desirable Attributes
Experience in a culturally diverse restaurant setting.
Familiarity with Urdu or Punjabi is a plus but not required.
Passion for food and customer service.
